An Update About Your Order
Dear friends and loyal customers,
I’m writing to you today to let you know that your orders are being processed in the order in which they were received—that sounds like a robot sending you a message, I know. I assure you, we are not robots here!
Back in May when the CDC told everyone vaccinated that we no longer needed masks, we thought perhaps we were out of the woods—or at least getting close to it. We ultimately decided to cut our workforce and pivot back to our other business of manufacturing lighting products for schools and businesses.
Then the Delta variant came to the US, and while we weren’t surprised, we were caught off guard by the CDC’s sudden reversal of mask policies based on new evidence that even those vaccinated could still spread the virus. Mask demand exploded yet again! We are the only manufacturers of M95c, kids KN95 hybrid masks in the USA.
With a smaller workforce, and an increase in orders tenfold, we got to work as fast as we could, and today we’re bringing in new machines, new associates, and trying to keep up with the back-to-school demand.
We understand that some orders may be delayed because of this unprecedented demand, so we ask that you please remain patient while we ramp up. You may also receive packages in clear plastic—this is our bulk packaging which helps to speed up the process of shipping out orders. We are doing everything we can to streamline manufacturing and shipments for all of our sales channels.

We started making masks to help our fellow Americans and will continue to do so until the pandemic subsides or is severely mitigated through vaccinations. We encourage everyone to get vaccinated, and if not, please wear masks and continue to social distance where possible.
